When you sign up for a subscription, the payment will be pulled from your account on the same day every month. So make sure that you signup on a day that works for you. Example: you signup on the 5th, then payment will keep coming out on the 5th of the month.

Make sure your accounts are linked for Atlas and Ark. Please open a ticket so admin can assist you for Conan.
